Flat fee amount to be paid per valid (correct information) completion of form:

Base: $5.00 per valid completed lead during Hours of Operation.

Base: $1.00 per valid lead generated outside Hours of Operation.

A valid Pay Per Call Lead is a Person with a tax issue that calls our office and speaks with one our representatives.
